Aliah Gilkes Richardson is a first-year academic advisor born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Women and Gender Studies from Wells College. She then earned her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University in May 2024. Aliah is passionate about student success, major exploration and navigating college life through personal development and a supportive environment. When not advising, you can find Aliah reading a good book, hanging out with friends, or enjoying a relaxing day in.
